Mark has been fascinated by book making from an early age.  In high school he often hand bound and calligraphied his papers and reports, to his teachers’ delight and dismay.

In college in New Hampshire Mark worked for a PBS television studio.  Later in New York he worked as an editor on a cable TV show.  For the last 30 years Mark has been a teacher and then department chair at the Swedish Institute in New York City.
